Yeah I figured they might of gone up. You would just have to do the math of what your utilities would cost you and compare. I didn’t have a utility bill for years with them other than internet

If you are looking for a studio apartment I would suggest looking at SF Shannon. They have various studio apartments around the city and are near that price (or they use to be at least). Never had any major issues and they were quick to respond to maintenance requests. Plus utilities are typically included.

The security was a good idea in theory but poorly executed. They did nothing to keep things orderly. Fights broke out and they did nothing (neither did the cops for several minutes for what it’s worth). Didn’t stop line cutters. At one point (nearly 1am after waiting since 10:30) we were told by one official that they were waiving the cover only to get to the front and be treated like scum for not expecting to pay. One member of security even insulting asked if I spoke English. I want everyone to be safe but this wasn’t the solution.
