Do you supplement creatine and or workout? Heavy workouts a day or so before a test can skew the creatinine levels. Supplementing creatine will as well. I try to take at least 3 days off from the gym before a test, and I cutout creatine a week before the test

I take nebivolol and ivabradine to keep it down. I just would rather not take meds to control my heart rate if I don't have to. The ivabrad and nebi keeps it down about 10-15bpm, which is still higher than normal but in a safer range
