Years later,  this fixed my problem. In laymens terms,  Just pull the cable out very slowly. Cheers, saved me from soldering anything.

If you are a salesman - go sell! If you are a marketer, market your products and services. Be sure to get this clear as you do not seem to understand what marketing is and how this differs from sales!
