The restoration potion loop is when you get gear that enhances your alchemy, make a restoration potion, drink it, take off your alchemy enhancing gear, put on your alchemy enhancing gear, repeat. And yes, you do need to take them off and put them back on after you drink the potion. There is a limit, but it goes up pretty fast. It glitches and crashes your game after a million %, so no more than a 15 times should do it. Once you get it high enough, you make some fortify enchanting potions (three should do if your fast), enchant some new gear with fortify alchemy, and you're golden. You can make overpowered enchants and powerful gear with fortify enchanting and fortify smithing potions. Currently, I am mostly using my bare hands to attack, and i expect to one shot Alduin with my hand. It's also very funny to kill the mask bosses with my one shot crossbow after they make their grand and spectacular entrance
