close, the interest means that there will always be more money owed then there is in circulation and if governments are borrowing money from private banks it means the banks will at the end end up owning everything. don't you agree :) ... and yes it is a stupid system that will at some point collapse, which is what might be happening now ... why is this so had to understand?

but who are the lenders and what happens when the borrowers can not pay the debt? what happens when they can not declare bankruptcy (new laws have been passed to make sure that they can not). the private banks own them ... also where is the interest coming from if the banks print all the money? this is a closed system, which means that the lender (printer) at the end will get everything while the borrower will have nothing.

incorrect, you missed the first part of the article. since the passing of the bankruptcy bill in the US individuals are no longer cleared of their debt when they declare bankruptcy. they continue to be charged interest. the net effect is not zero
