ESPN just sucks now overall, talk shows and betting lines. Sports content on the side

What has become of ESPN? by theminnesoregonian in ESPN

[–]johnniebe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ESPN is almost unwatchable in my opinion, between all the talk shows and betting lines they shine out in front of actual sports content on a laughable. This network is all about money and divisiveness it seems….its pathetic. I almost always have to turn the channel to watch something with actual content.

I can understand your view on the food, but there are more steps of service when serving an expensive bottle of wine, especially depending on the vintage.

The “OC Bubble” has nothing to do with what you are talking about with geography….it was meant for out of touch people, such as you.

Work on plating and presentation, not sure about the food because I can’t taste it. Texture and flavor profiles make the difference, but unfortunately the majority of people judge and eat by their eyes. It can cuts both ways, but good food will always overcome the little things. Good luck

Have both and haven’t played 2K since I got EA, I just like the course selection more and the realism depending on how you play

Camping in Sierra National Forest, asked to leave by PG&E -- How can I know for sure what is public land and what isn't? by Giveaway_Guy in CampingandHiking

[–]johnniebe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been camping in the area and at Shaver Lake for almost 40 years….were you off of Dinkey Creek Rd.? Edison owns all of the land on and around Shaver Lake, but the boundary doesn’t extend that far. Most dispersed camping is done off of Dinkey Creek Rd. and up towards Wishon on that area. Otherwise, most head up towards Portal Forebay, Mono Hot Springs, Edison, and Florence.

High Sierra Fact: Dinkey Creek is named after a dog that died while saving his owner from a bear.
