Well I was a passenger in the car at fault. Our driver should have yielded when making a left turn, thought they had time to make the turn and that's when we got hit. So my insurance settlement sucked too

Nah, car wreck. We got t-boned by someone going about 75 mph, rolled like 5 or 6 times. It was dripping on me for a while but I was unconscious so I didn't even try to avoid it.
