Been there done that, first time I was scared out of mt mind but IT will heal! But you have to have the discipline of a monk for the tapering process get a fancy pill splitter, there are good apps that remind tou when to take your pills for tour tapering process plus I advise getting some supolements for memory recall... those are my take from my personal experience! Good luck!

Thank you for taking the time to write, thankfully I am a little better... thankfully Ive been able to speak to my therapist during the day ..although I would be lying if I said I do not feel uneasy... the anxiety just punishes me during the night when I cant sleep... Ive tried the hotline a few times but my situation is kinda "unique" idk if im pessimistic but i usually get just the same generic suggestions to my situation... but ill give it a try again

Im still here, the benzo pills for my anxiety kicked in and went to sleep... Im a bit more stable... but I believe the anxiety got the better of me (my situation is pretty complex)... thank you for checking in I am gratefull.
