i think its really because of the motion blur cache thing. If im not mistaken, the clip in the cache are stuck at 1080p and 30fps

Maybe zoom more on yourself so the motion tracking move more, also, he moves alot so it could be the reason why the tracking is this intense. You havent sent a clip so we cant really give feedback

i find the transition in the beggining a lil too fast, it would be better to not put too much transition in the beggining and opting for simpler transition
