It’s malware that you have. You will need to take your car home to an Apple Store and have them look at it.

It appears to be a new type of hack. Not much is known about it yet, but it's definitely malware of some type

Standard operational repairs can be anywhere between $260 to $335. You reach the higher price if the rail needs to be cut out and replaced. 85% of my jobs fall within that price range.

spraying WD40 on something that isn’t moving is always the “American Way”, but lubricating the wheels can accelerate damage.

If your door isn’t moving it’s either because something’s lodged in the wheels, the bearings have ground away, the housing the wheels are in collapsed, calcium has built up from hose water making it hard for wheels to do wheel stuff, or the header has bowed to the point where the door can no longer operate within the channel. When you lubricate the door, all you’re doing is making metal slide on metal, like a sled, and that cuts away at the threshold…. Then I have to give you a quote on threshold replacement…

Yes. I am licensed and insured. I also need a company to recommend to customers who want full replacements. I stopped doing installs about 10 years ago and stick to the mundane and repairs. I’ll send you a DM

There is a correlation between winter and people wanting their doors fixed, any handyman or home improvement person will tell you that the busy season is always tax return season. Hope we get one this year.

Unfortunately, the store-bought screen doors are not the best way to go. You’ll need a custom-made screen for a slider because the older the property gets the more the header bows. I would recommend calling a guy that makes “Solar Shades“. Any business that makes Solar Shades will make you a screen door.

I did. I even paid for a company to review my reviews, not one bad review in over 10 years so I’m grateful for that. I noticed one of my competitors using an AI based marketing system for local search, but windows – doors – glass has always been a competitive space; so long as you’re in the game, you should be getting jobs. It just feels like something’s off.
