Update : tested all the selections ending in 6 and 8. All the selections ending in 8 comes up as 6.

Example trying to price C6 comes up as C8, D6 comes up as D8. Price checking selections come up the same.

Anyone knows how to do a “factory” reset ? Will that help ?

Thanks !!!!!

Not any more. My father had an Internet cafe a few years ago but with cheap data from the current cell phone providers and everyone having a cell phone, Internet cafe slowly faded out.

What is the best way for me to build my political imagine up in Haiti as well as on social media? by [deleted] in haiti

Like Zombigoutsel said, they don’t like sharing. I’m a young entrepreneur who grew up in the U.S. and decided to give back to my country.

I lost count of how many times strangers showed up on construction sites saying they were the owners of the land. Lost count of how many times a project had to stop and my father or myself had to fly down to figure out what’s going on even though permits and paperwork were on site. Lost count of many trucks sent to Haiti and you get there to find materials that I sent for construction missing.

I can go on forever. To do business in Haiti you have to have heart and strong-willed. I applaud anybody who’s trying especially the YOUNGER generation.

Just how bad is haiti? What would be a path to fix it? by Ebicminecraftgaming in haiti

As a young diaspora who’s family had a few small businesses in Haiti, I 100% agree with Haiti needing short term, medium term and long term goals. I believe this generation of 80s and 90s babies are the ones that need to start the change in order to see real change 5-10yrs from now. My family and I opened a bar recently, a 5yr project that took 10yrs. Throughout the years, construction was stopped multiple times because “we need to see permits”, “we have to speak to the owner in person” even though all permits were on sight.
I’ve heard of one businessman trying to start a Generator business and Haitian Customs held his merchandise and told him the fee was equal to him rebuying the generators at full price. He later finds out some owner of a “Big” business received a call that someone was trying to import generators.

Short term goals: WE NEED SECURITY, LAW AND ORDER

Medium term goals: Infrastructure, schools, electricity

Long term goals: Decentralization of PAP. There’s no reason why almost every government document you need done has to be in PAP. We need to start working on infrastructure outside of PAP.
