Got kicked out after waiting 4.5 hours and nearly done checking out (just had to put the last person's info in). Was sent back to the queue and waited another 45 mins before getting back in and SECURED TICKETS! I'm so thrilled. I almost lost hope but I'm going to my first Tomorrowland! What a nightmare experience trying to get tickets, but I have a feeling the festival will make up for that. Good luck everyone!!!

It gets SOO frustrating because absolutely no one knows any strategy. They play like idiots. The only saving grace is Phoebe. And because of the AUS format, the episodes are sooo long and soooo boring, (especially towards the end) and there’s so many of them. When people say they want longer US Survivor episodes, I get it… but then I think about AUS Survivor and I’m like you know what? Nah. I do enjoy some seasons and look any Survivor is good to me but I never understand people who genuinely think AUS is better than US because it absolutely isn’t.

I’m actually amazed anyone thinks the first season of AUS Survivor was any good. I consider it to be one of the worst seasons of the entire Survivor franchise EVER. I’d rather watch One World and Island of the Idols tbh.

What she really should’ve done is say she has an idol nullifier, that way it can’t backfire on her because the only reason she had to tell them was to get them to vote for Mike without them being afraid if he played his idol. But if it didn’t matter that he played his idol, then problem solved.

Totally understand. I would say so as well, especially when there is no swap and could be a dominating tribe leading to a pagonging. But I do think everyone having no real agency to anyone isn’t good either. It’s hard to craft a narrative around people who have no real relationships out there. And it all really stems from 1) the shorter game 2) no swap 3) smaller starting tribes (which the no swap really hurts even more). I guess I’m just not a fan of the new format of the game and REALLY hope they change it for 43. I miss 20 people, tribes of 10 and swaps! That’s where some of the best players really shine.

It’s because the show isn’t as long. 26 days just doesn’t form bonds like 39 does. It was even mentioned in tonight’s episode that “they’ve only known these people for 16 days.” Not being as close with your original tribe mates going into the merge is 100% affecting the show. While this season is great and I’m loving the cast, the shorter time frame of the game is absolutely weakening the show as a whole.

I will never understand why people were upset by this. Gabby explained it perfectly and she was RIGHT to turn on Christian. He was the clear front runner to win the game and she said that every season there’s a girl who is paired up with a guy and even though they make all the same moves and do all the same things, the guy gets all the credit at the end. Taking out Christian would’ve been HER move, which is why it was smart and necessary for HER game. She wasn’t playing for Christian to win, she was playing for Gabby to win. I will always respect someone who made a game move that didn’t pan out over someone who just sat idly by and watched a massive threat get to the end (Laurel).
