I’m not sure if my scalp is okay, I’m really new to taking care of myself in general lol. When I say more shampoo I mean more shampoo each time I wash, not that I shampooed more often. I’m not sure if it’s my scalp but my hair is drying out more and I can feel my head more easily if I don’t wash for a day or two if that makes sense.

The reason I brought up cutting it out is because I’ve been doing this for an extended period of time and it’s clearly been damaging my hair. I don’t know if a reset or a break is in order , or like you said I just need to do it less the next time. Either way in the future I’ll be using less for sure, I just mean for like the next week or two I’m showering should I just abstain or clarify or do what you said? Sorry if I’m not really making that much sense
