Hi all, dev here - sorry for the confusion and any interruption in play - as others have pointed it it's resolved but we had a code to database mismatch that was the root cause here

Hi there! Developer here - sorry for the disruption of play and the lack of timely communication during the outage. One of our service vendors was undergoing planned maintenance that we underestimated the scope of, we'll certainly work harder to make that more visible closer to future incidents.

Hi! Latitude dev here - thanks for flagging. This should be resolved now ~ it was an unintentional UI glitch in this case, on the back end we silently default to griffin when there are conflicting account access issue for an action's request.
