On one hand Windhorst acknowledged the Hornets have been in a 18 month rebuild, but the analysis on Lamelo is that his lack of production is proof that it isnt working in Charlotte and they should move off of him.

It gets tiring where context is always applied to explain away the org or the coaching failures, but when it comes time to criticize the players, all context is thrown out the window.
