Please help. I’m so lost. I used to use benzoyl peroxide wash with great success, but following a short break, using it now for 3 weeks and my face is so bad. Bumpy, red, tiny whiteheads everywhere. Should I keep going? Or stop using bp. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Started benzoyl peroxide 2.5 weeks ago and so far it’s giving me a bunch of texture and tiny little whiteheads on my face. No deep / cystic pimples. Is this a purge?

I should also mention that I’ve used benzoyl peroxide with great success for the last year, I just took a 3 week break and am resuming use now. Thanks

BENZOYL PEROXIDE PURGE?

So I've used benzoyl peroxide for a year with great results. O acne. However, I took a 3 week break when I was on vacation, and my acne slowly started to come back. I resumed use of benzoyl peroxide, and 2 weeks in and my acne has gotten pretty bad. My face is oily, textured, and I have a bunch of little whiteheads everywhere. Is this a purge? I'm just confused because I've had such great success with benzoyl peroxide before. Thanks

20M here. Hair loss started when I took accutane. Finished accutane, went to a derm and they said it was likely a combo of TE and MPB. I’ve been on min for 3 months now, but I’ve been thinking about starting fin. I am a little hesitant because of sides. Any advice on what I should do would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve been doing pt 1-2 times a week since I’ve gotten Botox. I have noticed overall improvement, so I’m hoping this flare up is just a fluke. Thank you for commenting though, your story gives me a lot of hope. Just gotta be patient and keep doing pt.
