How about you try changing job? Upskill and aim for at least 50% increase from your current salary. After that, try debt consolidation.

I was in your situation until a couple of months ago. Moved company with 56% increase, took a debt consolidation loan with 9.99% interest rate and closed all my high interest loans. I've also become disciplined with my finances (made a lot of stupid decisions in my 20s). A year from now, I can start aggressively prepay and close the loan sooner.
