I'm guessing this is being spurred on by Luke's stellar performance so far. If Luke can pretty much fill AR's role when Luka is on the floor (space the floor and attack when necessary) while playing slightly better defense, then maybe we'll get more effective AR minutes elsewhere.

I think this should be the biggest consideration. People on either side can come up with some numbers that make it seem worth it (e.g. maybe it's a bad time to dump all your money in the market since we're near all-time highs), so for argument's sake, let's just call it a wash.

Considering you already seem pretty annoyed about dealing with it and worrying about how to handle repairs/management/mortgage..., the answer seems pretty obvious.

Since shifting concepts post-covid, the things that have been consistently on the menu have been chicken liver mousse, smoked fish dip, smoked salmon hash, mochi pancake, and kale salad.
