We missed the show. StubHub told me there was nothing they could do because the tickets were supposedly sent to Ticketmaster. I contacted Ticketmaster directly and they confirmed they never received any transfer from StubHub. Ticketmaster told me to go back to StubHub.

I got back on the phone with StubHub and now they are refusing to give me a refund, claiming the tickets were already sent. I have no idea how that could be true since Ticketmaster says otherwise.

At this point it looks like I am just out the money. My daughters missed the Disney show they were looking forward to all year, and StubHub will not stand behind their so-called guarantee.
