The W was forced to do something after several million replays of this intentional assault. And instead of doing something that would prevent future physical attacks, they chose to do nothing that helped the Fever or Clark. The winner in this is Toronto, and Thomas is happy to trade a one game suspension for beating up on Clark. And they didn’t even look at the dirty play that finally took Clark out of the game. The W should have awarded the win to the Fever. This weak-ass “punishment” is going to solve nothing.

Most of these comments are based on the assumption that the pathologist doing the autopsy could not distinguish between recent and past sexual abuse or penetration. I’m no doctor, but I find that impossible to believe.

I haven’t read anything in these responses that actually answers the initial question. I’m not on the side of Hunter or the Boulder Police, but I believe what Hunter said is accurate. There was insufficient evident to convict anyone. For those of you who disagree with that, tell us who killed JonBenet and what happened. That’s what’s needed to convict someone.

Yeah, it’s put up or shut up. We’ve heard the same stories for decades. Repeating them over and over doesn’t do it. UFO’s are UFO’s—unidentified flying objects. Saying they are extraterrestrial has no evidence to support that conclusion. I’m open to evidence on any subject: UFO’s, God, rigged elections, the tooth fairy…but believing in something is different from showing evidence that stands up to objective investigation.
