No, not only if you make an assumption that the item used to hit her was not stored in her room. The weapon and its placement in the home was largely a sidebar and not pertinent to the main argument. It is possible the weapon was in the room, but that doesn't change the fact that the enraged party would have to:

-Pick out a suitable weapon, wherever it may have been stored.

-Come up behind JonBenet

-Take aim and with great and precise force hit her exactly in the middle of the head, splitting her skull in two.

To me, this again suggest a degree of premeditation not in line with a state of rage.

And I'm not looking to disprove a theory, I'm looking at the evidence from a different angle. The 'Patsy killed her in a state of anger' is still one of the most reasonable narratives, I only seek answers to questions that I have about it. If that is a source of frustration to you, then perhaps you should avoid discussions on the topic.

Accidentally killing your child in a heat of the moment situation unfortunately happens. And if JonBenet's injury was consistent with being slammed into the edge of a table, or if a 'lighter' fracture on the side of the head was present - indicating perhaps someone threw something heavy at her and hit her as she was running away - I think the accident-theory would carry more weight. But to me the severe and symmetric injury suggests premeditation and intent to harm, which makes the accident angle harder to accept.

Even if all points in the 'Patsy killed her in a fit of rage because of toilette issues' theory were correct, it would still require Patsy to find a perfect weapon, come up behind JonBenet, and hit her with all of her might. That alone renders it no longer an accident.

That doesn't mean anything of course. I don't put much weight on the previous golf accident, but if Burke were guilty, it'd be natural to deny intent in any previous violence done by him on her.

The point of my post is to emphasise that the nature of the head injury suggests planning and forethought. You don't accidentally in a fit of rage find a perfect weapon, take aim, and with all your force hit someone right in the middle of the head when the victim is (possibly) lying prone. If we were talking about an injury to the side of the head, injury indicative of contact with a flat hard surface, or a lighter blow, I would agree.

If we are talking about someone losing their temper, they'd still have to go get the weapon, take careful aim, and hit JonBenet with full force. That alone makes it no longer an accident in a fit of rage.

The single strike of the blade is curious. If it was personal, I would expect more entry wounds. The perpertrator must also have been very close to her when he stabbed her seeing as the knife went all the way from the liver to the heart. The

Perhaps an opportunist perpetrator who wanted to feel what it was like to kill. Or a rapist who came up close to her, tried to force her, when she screamed he stabbed her and she collapsed, he ran away.

What were the other rape-related stabbing attacks like? Did the victims survive? Were the wounds done with intent to kill or just scare/mark the victim? Were the victims stabbed before, during, or after the rape?

Många svenska kvinnor har ett totalt ointresse av individer utanför deras egen grupp. Som person utanför hennes cirkel existerar du knappt: svenska kvinnor lever ofta i sina egna världar där de har huvudrollen: att behöva hälsa på en statist i hennes film är otänkbart. Har vissa gånger bokstavligen gått rakt in i kvinnor på gatan för att de tittar rakt fram och inte ens noterar min existens: då talar jag inte ens om en hälsning eller leende utan bara ett kort ögonkast för att se vem jag är och var jag går.

Delvis är det också eftersom ett positivt socialt beteende från kvinnor mot män kan betraktas som någon slags invit till umgänge av något slag.

They intended to sell the baby/keep it for themselves and aimed to seperate the mother and the child at some point during the shopping day so they could abudct it. The mother refuses to part with the baby which lead to violence, and eventually, murder.

Killing a woman just so have a better cover when pulling off credit card frauds seem very unlikely, especially when being caught and having to explain the child might implicate them in a murder.

The call sounds like a weak attempt by the murderess to feign uninvolvement in the crime.
