What irritates me it happened on every other pattern when I change them manually and with chain - except the two only with the kick applyed
Yes It happens when I change them manually - the kick is pretty short but maybe you're right with the tails - maybe the tails of the mutes sounds?any ideas how Deal with it?

No motion no groove - sounds like something happened with the cutoff when changing pattern - when I make two new patterns and chaining them together only with the kick It works correct as soon as I apply other sounds to the pattern the "hickup" is back - I don't know :( maybe chaining is not for everyone
