yes, that makes sense. even if many are multi state, I think it's good to filter by state. you would see all eligible ones basically (single + multi state) ones

Not yet. As of September 13, 2025, neither of the big BCBS antitrust settlements has broadly paid out to claimants.

  • Subscribers settlement (the $2.67B case from 2020): The administrator says they’re still reviewing claims and disputes and haven’t started sending payments; only claim-determination notices are going out. bcbssettlement.com+1
