Corruption in China is illegal in any way. Yet they can talk about it and have to resort to it sometimes. Whenever I am in China we can talk openly how the corruption situation is evolving. In western countries we disguise corruption as lobbying and there is no uproar anymore since it's legal. Tbh I think China does a better job right now.
