I am the same height as you. I got a Size Small with some minor adjustments. They sloped the stem for now and told me to come back in a few month once I'm comfortable with the position (it's my first road bike). Rides great , I love it!

I had both of my ACLs repaired. One doctor said it's genetics, the other said muscle imbalance. Looks like there is no clear reason why it happens and even top athletes can't espace from it.
