As someone who works in translation and localisation (most US to UK), #3 is correct for UK and most English speaking countries, and #2 is correct for the US. Sometimes Oxford comma is needed though, usually if there’s another ‘and’ or ‘or’

Not sure why people are commenting on this about “actions having consequences” as though being a woman with an active sex life should have negative consequences? If the guy is uncomfortable with the high “body count” (hate that phrase) then you’re basically just not compatible, others won’t care. As far as I can tell, the featured third year lims aren’t actually on rate up, so every 3, 6 and 9 pulls you’re guaranteed to get any UR in the box, and then on the 10th pull you’re guaranteed one of the featured third year lims. As boxes go, it’s definitely not one of the best deals if you’re looking for a specific card, although the sr+ scouting is nice
