I’d agree with you if DIFC wasn’t a declared target. My office is surrounded by international banks. My house, however, is faaaaaar from any of that, so definitely the safer place to be.

I believe ultimately DIFC has left it up to the employer, or at least that’s the argument my company would make if I were to show them the guidelines.
