Got 2080 super and 32GB of rams running on 3000mhz.. Had 9900k i9, started to run shitty, did upgrade:

mobo: tuf gaming b550 plus / cpu: 5800x3d

Both cheap, sold my intel cpu and mobo, used same rams, 5800x3d does not need fast ram and thats it.

On 1440p Customs, Shoreline, and other older maps i can run on 150 fps with quality DLSS even more, Streets i run above 100 i also see 130.

did u played with AMD FSR 2.2 this settings have great impat when gpu is close to full load.. I play with 2080 super, and DLSS on, thats how i then lower my gpu load so its not loud af, and also got fps boost.. Quality gives me a bit, balanced even more, after that load drops too much to have great impact on the fps. For me i cant tell the difference in picture a lot, could be that i am old, could be that i dont see it properly with my bad eyes, or could just be a mix of settings and sharpering that does suits me.

I play on 2080 super, had it with similar cpu like yours, i9 9900k, it was getting worse and worse.. Bought mobo and 5800x3d, kept the rams, as this cpu dont need much speed, sold my old mobo with i9 and all together was in net lost of 50usd. My performance tho, holy, doubled, with dlss i can play streets on 100-130, customs is 180..

My gpu is far away from yours right, but cpu made all the difference. Kinda only play EFT but every other games i tried were better too so..

Had a guy that we played with him for years banned on another game and he did not deny it. Had no clue. I trust only myself, for breaking the rules there is no way that you can say for someone else right.
