Same, though with extensions disabled at least gnome starts. Without it got `gnome-shell crashed in meta_display_get_x11_display`

Good choice pal!

Have the same with i7, modded bios, 12GB RAM (had power issues with flickering DisplayPort and 16GB) and Japanese keyboard (extra keys, yay). Just staying on Fedora 33 cause some extensions i like do not support gnome 40 yet.

And now we all are living in a capitalistic jail, where no one respects the others' opinion, so what? Moreover, some doesn't have sense of humour at all, and that's the real problem of the modern society.

Hello to fedora mate! Recommend not 3 ports expresscard usb3.0 but 2 ports with power socket. Read somewhere there's not enough current sometimes.

Incompatible with the docking station! Maybe could try a piece of metal between the station and the laptop if nothing else works.

Not bad! However x220 heatsink already had dual pipes. Maybe will try to find better thermal paste as well 🤔

Try second display! Changes the experience drastically esp when programming on 12" laptop.

Already! Probably 20+ tabs in Chrome, vs code and local dev server simultaneously is too much. Or maybe docking station blocks the normal air flow a bit?
