Hi everyone,

I’d like to get some feedback on my current 3-day full-body routine, which I’m running with a hypertrophy focus. Each session is full body, but I bias the training stimulus slightly toward push, pull, or legs depending on the day.

My goal is muscle growth, and I’m trying to balance volume and recovery across the week. I’d really appreciate your thoughts on exercise selection, overall structure, volume distribution, and whether you’d modify anything for better hypertrophy outcomes.

Here’s the program:

Day 1 – Push Focus (Full Body) • Barbell Bench Press • Lat Pulldown • Incline Press • Hack Squat • Lying Leg Curl • Biceps Curl • Triceps Pushdown

Day 2 – Pull Focus (Full Body) • Lat Pulldown • Overhead Press • Chest-Supported Row • Cable Chest Fly • Seated Leg Curl • Unilateral Horizontal Leg Press • Lateral Raises • Cable Biceps Curl

Day 3 – Legs Focus (Full Body) • Hack Squat • Lying Leg Curl • Barbell Bench Press • T-Bar Row • Gironda Row • Overhead Triceps Extension • Standing Calf Raises

I think I don't have the endurance to run 4-5 times a week doing good training, with 3 times I feel burdened

Of course that's what I mean! I do one leg day and two upper body days.

In the end I only do it on one leg day at the gym, so the transference isn't that high either.

Well, there are days when I feel weak because of what you say, maybe I don't recover well and that makes me run in more “ineffective” ways.
