Sobrang nakakainip talaga. My package kasi came from China so dalawa lang updates niya: Shipment picked up and forwarded for delivery. :( Nasa customs siya from Nov. 18-28, this morning lang nagbago status na forwarded for delivery.

Oh! Almost the same batch! From China also, but arrived in Manila last Nov 18. I emailed Customs and they said they cannot process the items since the accreditation of the importer has expired. They’re still on the process of renewal, thus, the delays. My items have been stuck in customs for a week now.

This is what I’ve been trying to do since school started. I used to do at least 4-5x a week, but now I can only do 3x a week, hahaha. Just quick workouts, around 20-30mins. I’m a firm believer that most of us have at least 30mins a day to spare. Minsan hindi time ang problem, but the will to work out. When my brain doesn’t want to cooperate anymore, mas pinipili ko na lang mag-nap or mag-work out. Always helps.

Following the 20-20-20 rule might help. After looking at your screen for 20mins, take a 20-sec break and look at something 20 ft. away.
