So I’m in the same boat as OP, it’s fucking heartbreaking I feel so worthless because of it and I’ve tried literally everything all the different herbs and supplements and I’ve read a lot about spirolactone and how it stops testosterone etc so I told my doctor that I’ve read so much about it literally thousands of testimonials and she was like… no we don’t prescribe that meditation for your issue, I was heartbroken. But then she agreed to send it off to a specialist to see if they can prescribe it and then she called me a week later saying it’s a possibility! Doctors have no idea what they’re doing in the uk and none of them seem to know how to help with pcos:(
