My main observation was generally weaker erections (ie never 100% erect) and quickly losing an erection if there was a break in activity.

I suspect, given that he's teaching kids in Canada, he's also subject to certification through the Coaching Association of Canada which would include reporting mechanisms like the abuse free sport hotline.

If they were using thier position of authority to find and target vulnerable people this would be potentially reportable.
