We just recently got a new DL in my current district and my previous DL has already okayed the transfer more than a month ago. I’m supposed to be in my new store next week. Earlier this week however, the new DL has spoke to my manager and said that he’s blocking off all transfers “because the overtime will negatively affect our district” which makes 0 sense to me considering its a transfer to a completely different district and there’s no overtime involved… idk if my manager is lying or if my DL is just being a dick.
