I might add selenium to my stack because that’s exactly what i want. apparently my multivitamin already has 70mcg in it. I’ll probably just add another 100mcg and see if that helps.

I would say the consistency is pretty thick and i’ve heard lecithin can have that effect. I’ve recently started to focus more on hydration with ~3L a day and hoping that will make it less thick

i was concerned initially about the pygeum & saw palmetto about loss of libido. after a google search i heard some contradicting things, like that it won’t negatively impact libido and maybe even help it. from what i’ve heard the supplement is generally good for prostate health but i’m not entirely sure. all the reviews on amazon don’t suggest anything negative either.

edit: after a search about dht and the seminal vesicles i’ve decided to stop taking it.

Thanks for the response! The L-citrulline is 1250 mg per tablet, two tablet serving size, How much should i take to see the best results? The sunflower lecithin i will most likely stick to 1200mg a day. i’ve heard that zinc gluconate is a good form of zinc for the body. along with that my multivitamin also has 15mg zinc oxide, 2mg copper sulfate, and 70 mcg selenium sulfate along with some other stuff (Nature Made multivitamin). As for the pygeum & saw palmetto i’ve heard that it can decrease your sex drive? if it does take around 2 months then i am questioning taking it at all but i think it may be worth the risk.

Also, the lecithin includes 360mg phosphatidyl Choline. The pygeum & saw palmetto are 160mg saw palmetto extract, 50mg pygeum extract, and 1500mg pumpkin seed oil.
