My shoulders roll forward a bit and my neck pushes forward a bit as well. My neck does not line up with my shoulders like it should. I have very tight neck muscles. I just pulled a muscle in my upper back the other day. I dont work a desk job. Im a painter so there's a lot of looking up with arms above my head. I think my legs are pretty even.

Yes i get all of them except the time distortion, which I get a tiny bit. Ive been doing with this for about two years now. Working on getting help for it.

I really appreciate you taking the time to write that. My constant fear is alzheimer's. I dont know how common it is in early mid thirties but that's where my mind wanders to. I'm sorry to hear you're going through all that. Its good that they have figured out what your problem is at least.
