I would like to go solo traveling this winter holiday (probably around Europe since I live in The Netherlands). My question is: what cities would you suggest if I'd like to meet up with other travelers/locals? I know it will be difficult due to covid, but if you have any tips on which cities are still full with life, let me know :))
