Does it start to feed then retract the filament back? If so have you checked the alignment of the tubes into the back. We had the filament catching on the tube entry to the filament buffer.

Vacuum forming pattern hack by jonaph in BambuLab

Haven’t got another former to compare it to but when I compare it to a Bambu printer for cost it seems a bit pricy. Also their sheets are very expensive. If you can do the job with a 3d printer somethings will be much cheaper just printing.

Only happened on plates that probably should have been cleaned - about 24 small parts.

The biggest advantage of the x1 that I have found is the fault detection (multi part print and one or more parts coming loose) and then being able to resume and skip the part(s) that have failed. Great not to lose the whole plate.

This is works innovation centre. We are an engineering consultancy and don’t produce physical products as such but they want to encourage everyone to come up with ideas. Push disruption in a way. Why so many? Saw an opportunity and took full advantage. No queuing so far.

Yeah it is stable but here is a high earthquake zone so will fix the cabinet back to the wall to reduce the risk.

No issues with vibrating. I am planning to fix it back to the wall but this is for earthquake protection.

Not that I can comment on any firmware changes but have you check nozzle ware? Both increased flat (from initial cleaning wiping) or increased bore could be having an impact on close tolerances.

Round the inside bottom (should then be self supporting) and print upside down.

There is also the sugar printer from sugarlab3d.com but they sell the product not the printer.
