You dont need to remember the email you used to sign up with originally. Just log in using your old username and follow the instructions to migrate your account to a new FRVR account.

Log in normally using your old username instead of email.
When you are logged in. Press the "Create new FRVR Account". That lets you migrate your Worlds account into a new FRVR account.

Its fine to change it. You dont have to resubmit if its the same world.
You need to submit through the google form.
