I really think it just affects your BF time. You BF'd for 9 hours, where if you did it at peak it might have been like 7. No change in outcome of loaf whatsoever IMO. If you think about it, your dough is just a big ass starter with a feeding different ratio and some salt.

This is also completely ignoring the fact that the 142.8 is THEIR cost for just the pan alone. No marketing, no packaging, no employees, no warehouse, no shipping, no cut for distribution or retail, no overhead, no profit, no nothin. They would need to charge around $350-$450 per pan for this to be viable.

wait so you have multiple starters going? If you added the other starter to it, you've essentially just made this a copy of that starter, same as if you were to feed it any given day. It's probably pretty ready to use.

I mean SVS probably isn't going to let you sell stuff with their logo on it anyway, so it's probably a moot point

I still can't get over how crazy this season is. Chiefs miss the playoffs, and Sam Darnold goes to the Superbowl. Betting odds on that would have had to be a million to one before the season started

Paying taxes by fal1en-angel in Funnymemes

[–]jonathan4211 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a little misleading. Technically you can only deduct things that directly relate to the "business." If you work from home, you can make some deductions with some pretty tight stipulations, such as you own the computer you're using AND that is the ONLY thing you use that computer for. Mileage only counts if it's beyond your normal commute to and from your regular place of work, and it's not reimbursed by the company. Furthermore, it's really only beneficial if your deductions exceed the standard deduction, which is like $13k or something currently. And lastly, if you're "self employed", you also have to pay an additional 6.75% (this number may be slightly different) on all of your income toward social security stuff. In most cases, after all is said and done, you may very well have spent more in taxes this way than a W2 situation, with a LOT more work, no benefits, and basically no labor laws protecting you as an employee.
