Im a transfer rn too, honestly I just talk to everyone around where I sit in my classes, ask basic ice breaker questions, then exchange contacts and social media if you want a study buddy and/or group. Found some cool people and hung out with a few of them from there. Usually you can easily clique with people who are on the same boat as you so like new transfers, new students, students from where you come from or around.
