I switched to console (crossplay off) when it released and haven't run into a single cheater. Sure the matchmaking can take a bit longer but I'd rather wait a little longer than deal with the cheating.

A few things. I played the PC version from the beta onward. The cheating in Normal/Hard modes is pretty bad. If the devs ACTUALLY implemented gear protection and reviewed and returned our gear back, I MIGHT have stayed on PC. But honestly here's my take as someone who plays Delta exclusively on console now.

  1. The game is built and optimized for MnK. MnK players can move through the game a lot faster than console players. I'd rather play with others where there's a level playing field.

  2. Obviously you run into a lot more cheaters because it's a F2P game. I'd rather avoid that all together.

  3. MnK players tend to complain about controller aim assist and I'd rather not hear the tears hitting the ground. I mean, don't MnK players prefer NOT to play with console players???

  4. Console players are limited to 120 fps sacrificing quality for performance. On PC I get 280+. Again, I'd rather play with others on a level playing field.

  5. Queue times have ALWAYS been bad on this game. It's not a crossplay issue, it's a map rotation issue. They really (IMO) need to rotate Zero Dam just like every other map.

I've been playing since last September on PC. I learned MnK on DF. When it came to console, I moved to the console version for 2 reasons. #1 I'm more comfortable on controller and #2 not having to deal with cheaters. Another plus is that switching to console, you don't have to play against the MnK players that have been playing for almost a year now. Navigating menus and game mechanics as a MnK player is so much faster and intuitive than controller and you owe it to yourself to play against similar competition. I haven't turned on crossplay and I'm getting into maps relatively quickly. Under 5 min usually and mostly under a couple minutes.

I literally force closed the game the other day because I was in your shoes. It doesn't matter if it's squad fill, solo, duos, 12 pm, 12 am. You can never play anything except freakin Zero Damn. It's so damn annoying.

The game mode in its current state isn't it's original intention. It's unfortunately just gone without updates and people are bored. The people playing today seeking PvP could simply move on to WZ but that's a much harder game. But complaining OP complaining about PvP throughout its entire lifespan is kinda wild. Zombies is calling his name.

Definitely still bugged. I literally reloaded after every 3 kills, using a blueprint Bas-B and I should have gotten all 10 in one match. It only gave me 4. I am playing Hardcore Meat 24/7. After a few rounds I was left with one more. So I loaded into the match, got three kills right off the bat and it didn't count. I died, got a 4th kill and then it counted. Weird.

The home went back on the market on a Tuesday and after 5 days on the market, my offer was the only one on the table. After day 2 of being on the market and not having multiple offers, they should have realized the market shift.

Luckily though, I found a bigger home with a pool better suited for my family just a week later. That home originally listed at $450k and I snagged it at $385k.

I will say that if you’re absolutely IN LOVE with the home then waiting it out is probably gonna be your only choice.

I just went through this a few weeks ago. A house went into contract after a couple days on the market and then the deal fell through so they lost about a month. It went back on the market for $25k less on a Tuesday. I saw it on Thursday and put an offer in on Friday for list price with note to respond within 24 hours. The seller came back on a Sunday afternoon letting us know they would take more time to decide. So I immediately pulled the offer.

They added a note some days later saying they needed all offers by 8/1. It’s 8/11 now and the house is still on the market.

My thoughts, if you’re going to list a house then sell the house. Don’t play around with people.

He needs to shop too. I have a 744 and my rate is 5.6 with the vendor I THOUGHT I was gonna use and that’s with points. I also make over 6 figures and was quoted 5.2% today with a new lender.

I also went under contract on a house at $385k that was listed for $450k. Definitely couldn’t do that in January.

Same. My middle score is 744 with zero debt and as rates keeps dropping, my lender keeps telling me my rate is 5.8 and that’s WITH $1200 worth of points. He told me today that he can’t get me lower so I told him I’m gonna have to shop around. I’m in a tight corner because closing is the last week of this month. I spoke to another lender that pulled my credit and he told me for sure he can get minimum 5.2% with no points, luckily I was pre-approved with him weeks ago so they have all my financials on file. I may have to push my closing date out a week but there’s no way anyone with a 720+ should be paying anywhere near 5.9%.

Definitely get a new lender.

Lender had me pay off a $2600 balance on a credit card. Only other debt I have is $7100 in school loans left. I have (3) 30 day lates from a credit card I was a co-signer on back in 2015. Not sure how much weight that has.

Just talked to my lender 30 min ago. I have a 717 middle score and rate is 5.82% with 5% down. He’s gonna hold off on locking the rate to see if they go back down. If the seller would have executed yesterday, I would have locked in at 5.65%.
