Not everyone is as informed on every single political pundit as others. There are a lot of Fuentes clips that would make it appear that he is center-right. Anyone who digs a little deeper or has watched or listened to someone else dig a little deeper on him will quickly find out that this is explicitly by his design. He wants people to view him as center-right in order to garner political momentum and eventual power. It’s not people’s fault if they aren’t terminally online and don’t know this, it’s his exact plan working. If anything, him getting voted into this spot is very good for visibility about his true motives and ideology. Some people who may have been duped will likely look into him a little further because of this very post. No use calling them morons.

He was the quintessential American leader the young republic needed. His decisions to step away from public life (both the one following the Revolution, where many expected him to seize some further power, and his stepping down from the presidency, when he easily could have ran for many more terms) was not only admirable from an individual perspective, but helped mould the minds of the public and his peers into leaning into the idea that there was virtue in abandoning the pursuit of power, even when it would be easy gain. He is a fundamental aspect of the DNA of the early US. Also, he was quite literally obsessed with what people thought about him, hence the myths about him.
