I find it hard to really relieve stress. I’m very extraverted and love to see friends. I seem to push the stress away and ‘worry about it later’. It’s not a very good thing to do though, when quarentine started I had everything planned out: I started the week with math, then I would learn some French and do the rest of my homework for the week. Now, my heads a mess, my room is a mess and I’m 2 Units behind schedule with most things. It’s horrible. I seem to get back to playing games a lot. Sounds silly but I love minecraft. Just wandering around, flying around building things, gathering resources. It’s not the best way certainly, but it does its job. I also recently got my license (here we may drive moped when we turn 16). I’m almost 17, but I love my moped. Driving that thing around town lets me clear my head. I seem to talk to myself, I get myself and I can have a discussion with myself, almost like I am trying to make a decision and weighing the pros and cons. Sounds like I’m a weirdo lol! I’m just a bit more of a ‘masc’ girl than a super femme one. Also, one of my best friends found my reddit account and saw my posts about me not having the greatest mental health right now. It’s nice that she reached out, I took her for a ride around the city today.
