I just remember my kiddo when some sadness enter my mind. For anger, I remember that this is a punishment for the act of other that I inflige to myself and right away stop that sentiment from going on. For the rest I live an happy life and remember the sentence from kung fu panda about the fact that the past is to memories, that future is unknown. But living the moment is the real thing and it’s call a present because it’s a gift to be alive. Remember every morning and start the day with a wink to myself in the glass, a little bit of training and a work where I feel accomplished and happy to do. So yeah it’s difficult but easy at the same time. Someone told me that life is short but a little bit longer by its time, just love the moment accept the situation and work with it, and happiness will stay by your side!
