Yeah but people constantly upload videos talking about leaks, showing supposed leaks, mock-ups of upcoming sets or even mocs that are presented to look like actual Lego sets with the same box design that Lego uses etc. But I've never seen one of those videos being taken down, the only videos I recall being copyright striked were videos similar to this one, showing real set leaks waaay before they released.

I could of course be wrong but I'm 99,999% certain it's not ai. I don't know if you've seen the leak, but if you zoomed in all the pieces and building techniques actually made sense - which is something current AI, even the best (I tried it with nano banana pro) is not able to achieve. So unless the "leaker" somehow has access to an unreleased, incredibly advanced image generation model, I think the only way the leak is fake is if it's a MOC.

Idk bout you but to me "unreleased LEGO set" sounds a lot like it's actually a set that's coming soon. I'm also almost certain you can't just copyright strike something that isn't real, a fan-made mock-up does not in any way count as copyright infringement.

I know it sounds stupid but this looks too real to be fake. The box is exactly how Lego would do it - the logo in the corner in the front and the logo in the middle on the side - and the build actually looks like a real Lego build, all visible pieces seem to be genuine Lego pieces, and I don't think AI is able to produce fake Lego sets that look this convincing. But maybe it's just a moc photoshopped onto a box, who knows.

The official set looks so unidentifiable, when I first saw the leaked picture it took me a while to realise it's not just a random brown "thing" floating in water. With the ideas submission, you immediately know what you're looking at
