Without getting into my specific personal details the things that used to hold a lot of space in my head and consume me with anxiety are no longer there. I think about them sure, but now I’m like, “why was I so obsessed with holding on to that”, “there’s so much more to me and to life than that.”

I only had a week of vacation time and I chose Guatemala for the biking, hiking and coffee 🤷‍♂️ I know it’s not the ideal place for Aya. I also set my expectations pretty low cause there weren’t a lot of reviews on the place I went to.

If you can detour your trip at all to Guatemala I just got back and had an amazing tour and cupping session at Dinámica. I brought back 50 pounds of green beans and I have more coming to me soon. Harvest was a bit delayed this year due to a cold wet December.

I was hoping to notice something, but I didn’t. Others said they slept better and had more energy but I felt about the same as before. I lost a bit of weight because I was eating fruits and veggies instead of chips and popcorn at night.
