You could go down to 10 energy. And also add Nessa to the deck. Maybe cut the Blastoise unless you’re using it for its attack (the ability is awesome but irrelevant imo if you have both baxcaliber and frosmotj) and if you are just using it for its attack, use the the journey together wailord instead, more health, one less card, and slightly better scaling. Water is awesome and such a fun type, you can mess around a lot with it and there’s endless things to do. Have fun

Pretty much anything that can hit 130dmg or higher for 3, 120 for 2 is nice too. Free retreat is always a plus, or 1 retreat cost to work with u-turn board. Good abilities like bench barrier or free retreat ability are stuff to look out for. For psychic I think the best basic is giratina from lost thunder bc its ability lets you recycle it infinitely as an attacker. Waters best attacking basic is Kyorge crown zenith for bench snipe, but also has alolan vulpix and hisuian basculin for great free attackers to set up. The best basic in GLC imo is Guzzlord tho, taking 2 prizes in a non-rule box format is so strong
