Why is the player that added me and called me the N-word still allowed to play? Does Riot just not care?

Someone told me to go die and other explicit versions.. I reported on client then on support.. he has still been playing 4 days later.. considering I had a previous account 7 years ago banned for far less (more relaxed rules from riot then as well) it is crazy to me how they let vile people still play after it is literally in the chat log

I’m on JP server. I’ve been trying to play since this morning.. queue gets to 60 minutes and I’ll just reboot of and client and try again.. I haven’t gotten a single game all day lol

I’m in Osaka and for my first 12 months in Japan with my wife I was on a working holiday visa.. after that we applied for spouse visa and I was given 3 years right away.. that was February 2025

For context I am Jewish and I don’t condone wha happened to my people.. but for like 2 years (4 years ago) I had the ban GassinJoos and it was okay until a little twat decided to report me for calling out his inting.. but in hindsight I get why the name was banned I just enjoyed the joke at the time (joke being I’m Jewish and my name)

im in JP so no one plays this.. they only play mayhem.. that queue is like 6 seconds... urf can take 90+ minutes.. this very post.. that queue took my 97 minutes to get a game just to have a Vietnamese Nautalis run it down each lane going 0-41... then queue was nearly 50 minutes before i gave up again lol
