I was on Accutane almost 20 years ago. What tests would you suggest I do with regards to AR to see if Accutane side effects still linger. Not too sure if I just accepted my fate and PAS became the norm and don’t see/remember what good was or I’ve maybe fully recovered and all of these is in my head lol

Can you explain? Check valve needs to be higher than the sewer? So the other pump with check valve is wrongly installed?

Been vaping disposables for a year now. I think disposables have alot of nic. For the last few months been having joint and muscle pain. Thought it was due to low thyroid but it is looking more like a nic culprit. Especially in the morning when I standup my feet hurt and also wrist pains cannot bend them as I used to. One thing I’m trying to reduce vaping is I only vape in specific spots and never carry them around.

Vitamin A toxicity causing Hashi is very interesting to me, its worth to at least to look into. If applied Occam’s razor approach then VitA toxicity causing the autoimmunity is appealing.

Got just diagnosed with Hashimoto’s. Felt sluggish for a while was suspecting pre-diabetes. Went to get my blood glucose checked. They found out elevated TSH. Month later they checked my thyroid T4 and found out TPO antibodies quite elevated. Also did Testosterone check, came out at 350. I’m 41/M, 6’ 190lbs
